Happy New Year. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Holiday Season, and behaved themselves on New Year's Eve. Party 'til you puke is not a good idea. A hangover is no way to start off a new year.
As I sit here, the temp outside is struggling to get up to zero degrees F. Yesterday we had 6 inches of snow and last nite the temp went down to 22 degrees below zero. The weatherman says another 2-3 inches of snow tonight and the daytime highs up to 30 degrees in 3 days. A strange winter here so far.
Last weekend were the Land O'Lakes kennel club shows in St Paul. I got over there Sat morning to watch Pugs but had to leave early since I have the clinic open on Sat. I heard through the grapevine that a Pug went BIS on Sat.
Our friend "Tigger" of Tigger's Dog Stuff was there as a vendor. He has probably the best collection of antique and collectable dog figures, prints, etc. around. Mike and his wife, Meg, live on the East Coast but they get to other parts of the country, so check him out at the shows and make sure you take your checkbook with you.
